Once the contract is signed and retainer is paid, you will then receive a welcome email laying out our next steps, just depending on which package you book. From there, the fun really begins and our relationship blooms!

Next, I will send over an electronic contract for review and signing. This will lay out, in writing, everything we discussed on our consultation call so you feel confident that your needs are covered. Once the contract is signed, a separate email will come through for the retainer invoice that can also be paid electronically, if you so choose (cash & check are also options).

Absolutely! A ceremony rehearsal is so important, no matter how many weddings you and your friends have (or have not) taken part in. I will be there as the single, main voice directing and instructing everyone so that the flow on the wedding day is seamless.

Communication is vital in any good relationship - including a professional relationship! Each package includes a number of formal, scheduled meetings; however, I always have an open door policy to answer any questions or be the person to bounce ideas off of during those in-between times. I am open to email, text or phone calls. I strive to be your wedding planning guide throughout the whole process. Undstanding that I will do my very best to get back to you in a timely manner, unless I am working an event or have something else scheduled.

You betcha! Wedding planners like to say that we are usually the first vendors onsite and the last vendors to leave at the end of the night. We want you to be able to enjoy the whole day with all your people so we make sure that everything is placed exactly where you want it and looks perfect, then at the end of the night we make sure everything is boxed back up very carefully and placed into the designated person’s vehicle for transport home!

I am so happy for you that you feel like you have everything handled and planned leading up to the wedding; however, my philosophy is that there is no such thing as just “day-of coordinating”. The wedding planning process is not only about the wedding day itself. I don’t feel like I would ever be able to do my job properly and I would be doing you a disservice if I simply came in on one of the biggest days of your life and had to start asking questions or there were hiccups because we didn’t have the proper communication beforehand.

Nope. Sorry, Charlie. With my full event management package, I will happily be your primary logistical contact for all your vendors throughout the whole process. However, you will still sign all your contracts and pay all your vendors directly. I do not take on any additional financial responsibility on your behalf. I really want this to be a collaboration between us! I already got married and had the wedding of my dreams, so I don’t need to do it again. I want to plan the wedding of YOUR dreams.

If you want a collaborative planning experience with a hands-on professional managing the entire process from start to finish, Full Event Management is for you. This package offers the highest level of support.

If you still want expert advice, trusted vendor recommendations, and guidance as you build your wedding, but have the time to manage outreach and decisions yourself, then the Wedding Planning package is the right choice.

If you’ve already planned your wedding and want to actually enjoy the day, Wedding Day Management is the best fit. I step in ahead of the wedding to review your plans, create the day-of timeline, communicate with vendor in the final month stretch, and then take over on the wedding day to execute everything you’ve worked so hard to create.
